Organizing Arabic Language Training Courses in the Iraqi Dialect for Doctors and Nurses in Isfahan Hospitals

In a new initiative aimed at improving the quality of healthcare services and facilitating communication with Arabic-speaking patients, Arabic language training courses in the Iraqi dialect have been organized specifically for doctors and nurses in Isfahan hospitals. These courses, which have been warmly welcomed by medical staff, have so far been held in Askarieh, Al-Zahra, Seyyed Al-Shohada, and Amin hospitals.

The primary goal of this program is to enhance the communication skills of doctors and nurses with Arabic-speaking patients and provide them with better healthcare services. These courses play a significant role in improving patient experiences and strengthening the trust between medical staff and their patients.

Given the success of this program in the mentioned hospitals, similar courses will soon be held in Shahid Motahari Hospital, Fooladshahr, and the Burn Center. This initiative is an effective step towards fostering cross-cultural communication and raising the standard of healthcare services in Isfahan
