The Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department of Isfahan announced that five travel agencies from the province will participate in Iran’s pavilion at FITUR 2026 in Spain, aiming to expand international tourism cooperation and promote Isfahan’s cultural and historical attractions.
Amir Karamzadeh, Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts in Isfahan Province, announced that five travel agencies from Isfahan have been selected to participate in the Iranian tourism pavilion at the FITUR 2026 International Tourism Fair in Spain. FITUR is considered one of the world’s largest and most influential tourism exhibitions.
Karamzadeh stated that this participation represents a valuable opportunity to strengthen tourism relations between Iran and Spain, while enhancing the international presence of Isfahan’s private tourism sector. The initiative aims to introduce the province’s cultural, historical, and tourism capabilities to foreign visitors.
He added that the participation of these agencies in FITUR one of the most significant global events in the tourism industry will create important opportunities to develop foreign tourist markets and establish professional connections with international travel agencies.
Karamzadeh further explained that the activities of these agencies within Iran’s pavilion will focus on promoting Isfahan’s cultural, historical, and artistic tourism, with the goal of presenting the province’s rich heritage to the global audience at FITUR 2026.
